Kyrie Irving is continuing to keep the kids happy with his GS exclusive releases. Today, he and Nike released the Nike Kyrie 3 “Badge of Honor,” a black and gum colorway that links back to an old injury story from the star guard’s past. Oh and it’s available now here.
The unique detailing throughout, including the “No Diving” on the insole and the Band-Aid pull tabs takes us back to Kyrie’s plead up to the AAU championship game. Young blood head his head on the floor of a hotel pool when diving in the night before and immediately his availability for the game was put into question. But after a few stitches, Kyrie brought his strong handles and bandage game to lead his team to victory.
These Kyrie 3s will not release in men’s sizes – with the exception of a Kyrie PE.
