adidas US Football has officially unveiled new colorways of the Anthony Edwards 1 Football cleats, expanding the crossover collection into 2026 after its on-field debut last season.

The rollout began with the adidas Anthony Edwards 1 “Best of Adi” football cleat, first worn by Travis Hunter, marking the initial translation of Anthony Edwards’ debut basketball signature into a gridiron-ready silhouette. Now, adidas is building on that momentum with multiple new releases scheduled throughout 2026.

The first to arrive is the Anthony Edwards 1 Football “Pure Ruby,” set to release on May 1. That date will also see the wider availability of the “Best of Adi” colorway that Hunter debuted last season. A third option, the Anthony Edwards 1 Football “3SSB,” is scheduled to follow on July 1.

This collection reflects adidas’ broader approach to athlete storytelling, where basketball and football intersect under one performance umbrella.
