It seems Edison Chen's wish of working on Anthony Edwards' signature Adidas Basketball line has finally been granted.
Back in January, the CLOT-frontman told Complex that he "would love to do an AE shoe." Neither official nor unofficial photos of the impending project have surfaced as of yet, but Chen took to his Instagram account to post a photo of insoles branded with "Ant Man" and CLOT's logos. The insets also include a striking blue flame graphic, which likely hints at the footwear's color execution.
Both Edwards and Chen have publicly supported each other's work. The Canadian industry veteran has rocked multiple colorways of the popular Anthony Edwards 1 (formerly known as AE 1), while the Minnesota Timberwolves star has laced up CLOT's dress shoe-inspired Adidas Superstar.
It's still unknown whether or not the upcoming link-up will be on the highly-anticipated Anthony Edwards 2, but what's a sure bet is that pairs that arrive via Adidas.com will sell out.
