This Festive Anthony Edwards 2 by Adidas Stars in Sprite's "Anta Claus" Ads

The Adidas Anthony Edwards 2 is the gift that keeps on giving. Having recently appeared in a color scheme dedicated to the Minnesota Timberwolves, the widely-popular basketball sneaker has just emerged in a "split" presentation from the Three Stripes' impending Christmas 2025 Collection.

Uppers on the pair are asymmetrical, donning vibrant "Lucid Red" on the lateral profile and near-fluorescent "Lucid Lemon" on the medial side. The e-commerce shots that've been made available thus far don't reveal whether or not the left shoe inverses the split look, but the model's outsole angle reveals how Anthony Edwards' festive Adidas Basketball sneaker is reimagined in an unconventional fashion.

On Thursday, Nov. 6, Sprite released a new ad campaign featuring Edwards called Ask Anta Claus. The short clip sees the Timberwolf wearing his "split" AE 2.

Signature models for Damian Lillard, Donovan Mitchell, and James Harden should also see similar makeovers in celebration of the gift-giving holiday.
