Adidas continues to lean into the footballcore revival with another bold entry in its hybrid lineup—the F50 Taekwondo. Fresh off the reveal of its royal blue and white debut, the Three Stripes has introduced a second colorway for Spring/Summer 2025, this time clad in a vibrant mix of purple and lime green.
Like the first release, this pair blends elements of the iconic 2006 F50 football boot with the minimalist structure of the Taekwondo slip-on. The result is a low-profile silhouette built for everyday wear but with unmistakable roots in early-2000s football design.
The upper features an iridescent purple patent finish, throwing back to the flashy speed boots of the mid-2000s. Hits of lime green accent the design, adding energy to the slip-on shape and emphasizing its statement-making intent. With its futuristic materials and heritage inspiration, the F50 Taekwondo balances nostalgia and modern-day steez.
This new colorway joins a growing wave of pitch-inspired streetwear crossovers, including Nike’s Total 90 III lifestyle editions and Adidas’ own upcoming Predator Megarides.
Expect the purple and lime Adidas F50 Taekwondo to release during the Spring/Summer 2025 season.
