Aged-Look adidas Forum 84 High “Worn” Arrives March 20

The adidas Forum High has been on an absolute tear over the past 18 months. The impeccably-constructed silhouette had unbelievable quality control with finishes rarely seen on today’s mass-produced releases. The biggest surprise was the price point; a sub $130 sneaker with quality and materials well above competing silhouettes from the era, including the Air Jordan 1 and Nike Dunk. Though not as widely praised, its quality and abundance of releases have made the Three Stripes silhouette a serious contender in the retro hoops market — and now the Three Stripes is dipping its toe further into the aged-look aesthetic with these two “Worn” options of the classic High Top.

Both pairs arrive in the simplest of constructions, with white leather uppers popped with colored collard, Three Stripes, rear clips, and lines — seen here in both blue and yellow options. Both rest atop a sail and grey sole unit, with more age-looks applied to the off-white nylon tongues and laces. the aesthetic is then heightened by an all-over white wash-like effect, complete with scuff marks — more evident on the medial side.

Though a release date for these two “Worn” adidas Forum Highs has not yet been pinned, you can expect to see these roll out at select Three Stripes stockists and adidas.comin early 2022.
