adidas Forum Low Appears in White and Wheat-Gold

The marquee Three Stripes model of 1984 has been thrust back into the spotlight in 2021 thanks to the likes of Beyonce, global retailers like BSTN and END, as well as some stellar in-line releases like January’s beautiful indigo-dyed drop. But really, the big push forward of the adidas Forum has come from a bevy of Instagram mood boards who have been pushing the white-based, 80s hoop shoe movement for a minute, mostly centered around the New Balance 550, Air Jordan 1, and the Nike Dunk. This next adidas Forum Low will slot into that aesthetic with ease, thanks to its use of classic white leathers, and warming — but not too saturated — wheat gold hues.

It’s a fairly straightforward arrangement, white a staple white leather construct met by just one accenting color shared across the lateral Three Stripes, heel caps, liners, branding, and outsoles. The instep Three Stripes differs from the flip side by offering up an almost orange shade of gold suede — the pair’s most saturated section.
