SNEEX x adidas W.T.M. Forum Celebrates Milwaukee

adidas and Eric “Shake” James have reunited for the SNEEX x adidas W.T.M. Forum, a city-focused take on the Forum inspired by Milwaukee. Short for “What The Milwaukee,” the pair is also the first “What The” adidas sneaker.

The project uses a mismatched design to reference different parts of the city’s identity, from its neighborhoods and food culture to its wildlife, community spaces, and local history. The pair features a mix of materials, colors, and textures, with creative direction led by Alexander John.

The release also connects back to Shake’s previous 414 Day project with adidas, continuing his focus on using sneakers to tell local stories. Each pair will include Summerfest 2026 tickets and an insert explaining the references behind the design.

To mark the launch, adidas Cornerstone Community and SNEEX will host several Milwaukee-based events throughout June, including a youth sneaker fair, a SNEEX launch celebration, a Summerfest activation, and a Juneteenth community festival with 500 bikes and helmets being given away.

The SNEEX x adidas W.T.M. Forum releases June 6 exclusively through SNEEX stores and online for $180.
