adidas Harden Vol. 10 Celebrates the Year of the Horse in "Maroon" Makeover

James Harden and his adidas Basketball family will celebrate Chinese New Year 2026 with a special makeup of the fairly-new Harden Vol. 10.

As with the brand's capsule prepped for the NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles, the impending "Year of the Horse" collection sees the Three Stripes' marquee hoops models indulge in commemorative ensembles. Looks at Anthony Edwards and Damian Lillard's styles for the occasion haven't surfaced as of yet, but Harden's future-forward signature sneaker recently appeared in its festive finish.

The pair is clad in a "Maroon/Maroon/Aurora Coffee" color scheme that's more subdued than past presentations seen on the Harden Vol. 10. Yet, the special execution sees faux pony hair around the upper spine and at the vamp as a nod to the occasion. A patterned pull tab at the heel adds another touch of color to the sneaker, which sits on a sole unit that features matte gold 3-Stripes branding, torsion units, and minty traction zones. Other hoops offerings from the brand could see similar makeovers for the celebration.
