adidas Signs Miami Wide Receiver Malachi Toney

adidas has added Miami wide receiver Malachi Toney to its football roster, continuing the brand’s growing presence around the Hurricanes program.

Toney joins a group of adidas Football athletes that includes Patrick Mahomes, Travis Hunter, Fernando Mendoza, Jeremiah Smith and others across the college and professional game.

The signing also adds another Miami connection for adidas. Rueben Bain, David Njoku and Braxton Berrios are already part of the brand’s wider football family, while Miami commits Nick Lennear and A’mir Sears were recently named to the 2026 adizero NIL Class.

No player-exclusive footwear or product tied to Toney has been announced at this stage, but the deal gives adidas another young player within its expanding football roster.
