It took a minute before we saw the excessively-layered adidas Ozweego appear in tonal takes, but, after a slew of boldly-blocked introductory pairs, the single-color takes stated to roll in around Fall, Now it seems that minimal makeups are all that’s on offer for the silhouette — not that we’re complaining. two more two-color takes now join the roster, with a clean cement-colored “Carbon” and vibrant “Solar Red” popping up online this week.
On each pair, one-colored uppers work from the midsole to the tongue, with shades varying through materials used. TPU piping has been removed from the collar in favor of rope lace-styled pull-thoughts, but it does arrive with a hit of the plastic tubing in neon green at the lower lace. Underfoot you’ll find a jet black outsole, and completing the design is a solitary trefoil motif on the tongues.
