Adidas Originals has had a busy showing during Paris Fashion Week, working with the likes of Pharrell Williams, JAH JAH, and Wales Bonner on new products. The brand, however, hasn't lost focus of its inline roster, recently outfitting the popular Samba in a "Black Cat" finish.
While not an official nickname from the Three Stripes, the moniker has been widely adopted in the sneaker space to refer to footwear in all-black makeovers. Inspired by the Air Jordan 4 "Black Cat" retro from 2006, the tonal look delivers a versatile and elegant aesthetic that looks at home on the Adidas Samba.
Profile 3-Stripes, T-toe construction, and tried-and-proven outsoles all indulge in a stealthy presentation that's sure to propel the low-profile design's relevance into the next half-year.
Enjoy official photos of the "Black Cat" Sambas ahead. Pairs should release via Adidas.com by October.
