adidas Ultra BOOST 21 “Vivid Red” Arrives March 1st

adidas’ most notable runner has welcomed a revitalized design in 2021 and with it a big advancement in tech, as well as a return to the pair’s ultra-comfort that it’s most famous for. The plush woven upper and its thick BOOST tooling ups the ante on the original and leaves a big gap between the so-so 19/20 releases. It’s also arrived in an abundance of colorways since its debut last month — but none are quite as bold as this next-up adidas Ultra BOOST 21 “Vivid Red” release.

Sporting an almost all-red makeup, the pair’s mostly tonal construction shifts from vibrant hues along the midsole, to more muted hues at the midfoot Three Stripes and ankle clips. Flashes of Core Black come at the tongue branding, midfoot streak, and underfoot traction and Torsion system, while pops of crisp white from the underfoot BOOST complete the design.
