Perfect prints.
The 4D-printed soles of the ZX4000 4D provide the perfect base for adidas to continue their pursuit of blending historical designs with modern-day tech. It’s been prevalent in almost every new sneaker release this past 12 months, from the Yung-1 to the Nite Jogger to recently launched Ozweego. This pair also carries with is vintage design ethos, perfectly juxtaposed with adi’s futuristic tech. The latter arrives in the form of the aforementioned 4D-printed midsole, but the modernization doesn’t stop there. Its NMD-like Primeknit upper comes paired with the deconstructed design language of the past, including suede overlays and hefty heel pulls. The blocking on this new colorway arrives anchored in vibrant”Easy Mint” at the vamp and heel, and Hi-Red Yellow at the toe box. Calming it down are cool blues and neutral bone hues riding the suede overlays, with fresh pops of orange adding a perfect touch of contrast to the vibrant sneaker. Completing the design is the customary Ash green 4D midsole, two-tone rubber outsole, and mute teal tongues.
