adidas have glammed up their latest ZX offering, with this ultra-shiny ZX 6000 “Sequin” joining the women’s lineup for Spring 2021.

A first glance would remind parents of a daughter’s first-grade dance recital costume, and to be honest, so does the second and third look, too. The heavy use of silver and gold glisten at the upper and overlays, while colorful pops of purple engulf the midfoot Three Stripes — enough to get you doing jazz-hands down the supermarket aisles. From there, the sequins take a back seat, allowing the traditional sleek textile tongues to add some shimmer at the throat. Pops of red and green at the liner and laces respectively add even more dance class chic, before resorting to a simple sail sole unit, heel clip, and rubber outsole beneath.
