If you weren't aware, adidas Adilette Slides were born from a necessity to help players on Germany's national football team shower without slipping after a tough training session or match. Today, the slip-on silhouette has become a fashion statement. A newly-surfaced Jelly update doubles down on this fact.
adidas Originals is scheduled to launch a number of familiar footwear styles with flow-molded TPU uppers and other components throughout 2027. The Adilette Jelly Slides offering joins the Women's-exclusive Samba Jane Jelly and Taekwondo Jelly. By comparison, it's likely the Slides will see more limited use pool-side, on quick errands, and lounging around the house. Bold fashion-enthusiasts and comfort-dressers, however, will surely put some mileage on their pairs, which it seems the Three Stripes accounted for.
The jelly-fied edition of the iconic adidas Adilette is all about being lightweight, breathable, and stylish. A soft jelly bandage appears across the "upper," while comfortable CLOUDFOAM cushioning lands underfoot, cradling the foot in every step.
This setup combines reliable performance with a trendy aesthetic.

As with other jelly footwear, adidas' updated shower slides are expected to release in a plethora of different colorways throughout 2027. Thus far, some of the options that've surfaced include "Semi Solar Violet" and "Sunset Glow" pairs.
An official adidas.com release date for the Adilette Jelly Slides hasn't been confirmed as of writing, but that's expected to change as next year inches closer.
