Where to Buy the Bad Bunny x adidas Response CL “Core White”

Though we’re still waiting on his third iteration of the Forum Buckle, a second — and now third — collaborative silhouette from adidas and Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny has appeared. Following in the theme of his recently-revealed “Ice Cream” ZX 8000 comes something a little left field: the Bad Bunny x adidas Response CL

Arriving in August last year through its Consortium program, the trendy dad show has since seen a sampling of releases over the proceeding months. A Homage to 2000’s running technologies refined and updated to give a fresh take on archive running. Based on some archive oddities ranging from the 2003 Response Cushion to the 2007 Response Control 7, the pair is, quite frankly, not to everybody’s tastes. And, by the looks of things, Bad Bunny hasn’t done much to help extend its reach, preparing the silhouette in drab muted colors of the inspiring era. It does, however, feature the same melted/dripping overlays as seen on the aforementioned ZX 8000, albeit less noticeable given is tonal white and underwhelming silver and grey-blue accents. Aged-look laces and midsoles add to the retro charm, and the pair is completed by a bevy of overlaying embroidery — also tonal — co-branded insoles and a special dust bag.
