Donovan Mitchell's Panama-Inspired Adidas D.O.N. Issue #7 Releases Aug. 16

Donovan Mitchell’s adidas DON Issue 7 is gaining serious momentum, and with the Cavaliers pushing through the NBA playoffs, official looks at upcoming colorways are starting to roll in thick and fast. The latest to appear is a bold new "Lime Burst"-colored edition, which pays homage to Panama.

Sticking to a familiar formula seen throughout the series, the "Lime Burst" colorway features a dominant black upper and a neoprene bootie to anchor the design. Faithful to the DON Issue 7’s visual identity, gradient-finished overlays once again take center stage, shifting from a fiery orange at the heel to a vibrant neon green at the toe that honors Mitchell's cultural and ethnic roots. Black carbon fiber-style midfoot shanks add a touch of high-performance flair, while a striking neon green rubber outsole provides traction and a visual punch.

Finishing details are added by bright orange Three Stripes branding on the heel and Lime Burst zipper trim on the shrouded forefoot — a perfect final touch to tie the vibrant Latin American aesthetic together.

The adidas DON Issue 7 "Panama" is scheduled to release via adidas.com and select retailers on Saturday, Aug. 16, for $120.
