The adidas x Dragon Ball Z continues into the month of October, with their next battle series between Cell and Son Gohan.
Gohan’s adidas Deerupt rocks a vibrant purple mesh upper, referencing the characters outfit, paired with yellow, which resembling Gohan’s wild blonde hair. It comes complete with Japanese character symbols on the heel, and it all sits on top a classic gum outsole.
Cell, meanwhile, will arrive on the chunky-ass adidas Prophere. We’re tipping the upper pattern wasn’t easy to weave, with greens, black, purples all interwoven. Nubuck overlays make up the three-stripe lacing system, tongue and heel counter. It’s nicely finished off with a Dragon Ball Z insole, a thick sale midsole, and pale pink rubber outsole.
Each shoe in the collection will be presented in special edition packaging, featuring characterr-unique Dragon Ball detailing, when placed together creating one singular design.
Look for both the Dragon Ball Z x adidas Deerupt “Son Gohan” and Dragon Ball Z x adidas Prophere “Cell” to release on October 27th at select adidas Originals retailers and adidas.com.
