Fresh off presenting a street-ready collection with PLACES+FACES for Arsenal, adidas has unveiled its latest Bringback effort for none other than Liverpool FC.

Although the English side has had some of the best-received kits of the current campaign, its relationship with the Three Stripes isn't new. Before bouncing between Nike, New Balance, and Warrior, "The Reds" were an adidas-backed club. The 2000s saw time shared with Reebok, but many diehard Liverpool FC fans held on to the days their favorite club rocked adidas on-pitch.

Since returning to the German sportswear manufacturer, the Merseyside-based club has enjoyed a number of capsules made for use on and off-the-pitch. Many products have harkened back to past work between both institutions, but a Bringback Collection inspired by Liverpool's 1995-96 season might be the most ambitious yet.

The performance-informed range harkens back to an iconic Away shirt from the mid-'90s. Additionally, it recalls the adidas EQT era, a time period recently celebrated with a special-edition EQT adidas Predator 26. The Equipment franchise's signature green hue animates faithful recreations of all gear—jersey, crewneck sweater, track jacket—while a pitch-black finish takes over a limited-edition remake of the Away shirt.

Fans of the Northwest English side will be happy that the Carlsberg sponsorship is featured on the front of the reissue.
