After some trail-inspired experimentation and subsequent absence from the market, it appears that Pharrell and adidas are ready to reintroduce the original model of the NMD Hu, complete with its flat rubber sole unit. The long-awaited return to form was previewed mere days ago in an everymanโ€™s Black and White, and now a second has appeared in Brown and Grey โ€” this time with Korean insignia across the toe.

Here, the pair boasts knit uppers, BOOST midsoles and rubber outsoles in burgundy-brown, whileย silver forefoot glaze,ย whose Asian characters likely continue Pharrellโ€™s signature penchant for existentialism. The trail inspirations, though removed from underfoot, still make their way into the release, with outdoor-inspired laces in a clean gre and white wrapping the vamp down to a matching cage and insert combo. Finalizing the design is a reflective co-branded heel overlay set.
