Y-3 opens the next chapter of its long-running adidas partnership with the launch of its Spring/Summer 2026 collection, available now. The brand’s newest drop continues the ongoing conversation between adidas’ technical design language and Yohji Yamamoto’s experimental edge, offering a distilled vision of modern sport style through monochromatic form and subtle disruption.
Captured by longtime collaborator Oscar Foster Kayne, the Chapter 1 lookbook sets a tone of contrast. Soft silhouettes clash with sharper structural moments, mirroring the duality that defines Y-3’s aesthetic vocabulary. The imagery leans into mood and movement, reflecting both precision and looseness in a way that anchors the collection’s identity.
The apparel lineup focuses on shape over color, trading loud palettes for textural nuance and engineered construction. Padded bombers appear beside wide, flowing cargos, while raw-edge finishes and asymmetrical cuts introduce intentional imperfection. Select garments incorporate wired Three Stripes sculpted directly into the design, allowing each wearer to customize shape and drape on the fly.
Footwear also plays a central role, highlighted throughout the lookbook. The rugged GSG9 boot returns with brogue-inspired detailing, alongside the debut of the Y-3 Stan Low Pro — a refined reinterpretation of the classic Stan Smith. The Y-3 Nizzastar Hi, the Tokyo, and the Regu Low reappear in muted monochrome, while the Adizero RC6 shifts running tech into a street-ready silhouette.
Chapter 1 of the Y-3 Spring/Summer 2026 Lookbook releases December 1st. The collection will be available at adidas.com/y-3, Y-3 flagship stores, and select retail partners. Check the brand’s site to explore the full range.
