More 'Lime' Flair Lands on the ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 Ahead of Spring 2025

The ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 debuted in 2008 as one of the brand's marquee running shoes, but it's become a go-to option for fashion-forward folks over the last few years.

Although it's amassed an extensive roster of collaborations (the latest arriving as a duo with Japan's ZUTOMAYO band), the GEL-Kayano 14 continues to join sneaker rotations across the globe primarily via its varied catalog of inline looks. Many of the model's ensembles are rooted in retro running model aesthetics, boasting 'Metallic Silver' accents, but others experiment with color schemes and materials.

The latest offering from ASICS doesn't experiment much with the 17-year-old silhouette. A familiar mix of whites and silver take on the mesh and synthetic components across the upper. Panels at the spine, however, deviate in a minty green that also animates detailing on the top of the tongue. Underfoot, the faux-aged midsole features visible GEL-cushioning that also indulges in a vibrant shade of green. While not exactly as fluorescent as past Kayanos covered in 'Lime,' the tone is comparable enough to get the distinction.
