The collaborative endeavors between JJJJound and ASICS have once again stirred the sneaker community, marking their first project together in nearly two years since the acclaimed GEL-Kayano 14s in 2022.This time, JJJJound has set its sights on the ASICS GT-2160, unveiling two new colorways that encapsulate the brand's minimalist yet impactful design philosophy.
Revealed through images posted by the brand, the upcoming releases embrace JJJJound's penchant for muted elegance. Both iterations employ simple color schemes accentuated by metallic silver finishes. The white version of the GT-2160 also introduces vibrant neon accents, adding a subtle yet striking pop of color to the otherwise understated design.
Material choices in these collaborations are notably distinct from standard releases. Each shoe features broad mesh bases, a departure from the tighter mesh typically seen on general releases, enhancing visual appeal and breathability.
