Tyler, the Creator is currently on tour, bringing the CHROMOKOPIA experience to fans across the country before taking his show international. In addition to bringing his highly-lauded performances to over 60 cities, the California-native has been taking the time to finalize release details for his next GOLF le FLEUR*-branded Converse project: the 1908 program.
Set to launch globally on Friday, June 20, the latest collaborative linkup between Tyler, the Creator and the heritage brand reintroduces two silhouettes to the market. The first is the Coach Jogger, a low-top design inspired by lightweight running shoes from decades ago. The accompanying style slightly resembles a laced version of the One Star CC Slip-On previously reworked for the GOLF WANG label, but is firmly rooted in Converse's experimental past. Its name, Naut-1, harkens back to when the North American institution ventured into the world of boat shoes.

In comparison to the inline Run Star Trainer by Converse, Tyler, the Creator's running-inspired collaboration opts for a much more refined design. The serrated gum bottoms skew towards the minimal, abandoning the exaggerated proportions found on non-GOLF le FLEUR* pairs. Panel layout and construction also differs, delivering a sleeker shape that likely provides better ground-feel than other styles from the One Star Brand. Old school logos land on the tongue label, while le Fleur* Jogger text replaces traditional Star Chevron emblems at the profiles.
The debut offerings indulge in spring-ready hues—including "Forest Shade/Green," "Quiet Tide/Starlight Blue," and "Bistre/Dijon"—across their canvas and suede uppers.
The Naut-1 counterpart also boasts a mix of high-quality canvas and suede builds. Offered in four different looks, the imminent drop dons a straightforward sole unit in Converse's signature "Egret" tone, although herringbone-patterned tread and other accents deviate from the off-white finish. One pair from the quartet features an all-over graphic of Darryl, an Airedale Terrier that's become a prominent symbol for Tyler, the Creator's imprint. Accompanying pairs of the vintage boat shoe enjoy "Starlight Blue," "Cannoli Cream," and "Dachshund" color schemes.
Enjoy official photos of the Converse 1908 Collection curated by Tyler, the Creator ahead. All inaugural pairs will launch globally on June 20 via Converse.com. The Naut-1 and Coach Jogger will be available earlier at a 1908 Pop-Up in Los Angeles beginning on Thursday, June 12.
