London-based brand Corteiz is back with another football-inspired capsule just in time for the 2026 World Cup™.
Never coy about celebrating "the beautiful game" and its influence on street style, in particular within cities like London and Paris, the label has previously referenced Nike's iconic Joga Bonito ads from the 2000s for some of its projects. Its latest, however, is firmly-rooted in World Cup™ fervor, serving tracksuits and jerseys dedicated to 11 different footballing nations.
Presented via a "RULESTHEWORLDCUP TOUR," Corteiz presents gear for fans of its home country England, as well as France, a team brand founder Clint Ogbenna has shown admiration for in the past. Other national football teams commemorated with the Summer 2026 collection include:
- Italy
- Germany
- Mexico
- Netherlands
- Ghana
- U.S.A.
- Morocco
- Spain

As with other projects produced by Corteiz, the latest football-inspired range features a healthy mix of references to retro product and Ogbenna's own creative vision. Numerous pieces previewed on Instagram include direct callouts to the national football teams they're inspired by (e.g. "Italia," "Mexico," "Black Stars"), while others simply see a football federation crest modified in Corteiz-fashion—be it with the brand's name or its signature Alcatraz logo.
Matching sets are familiar territory for Corteiz and the World Cup™-ready collection further proves that. Tracksuits are done in color schemes that speak to each country's signature tones, while accompanying jerseys further nod to the beautiful game. Shirts feature a number on the back that draws inspiration from an important player or number in said nation's football team (e.g. France's number 12 having been worn by Thierry Henry). It's possible the collection sees designs rooted in the 1998 World Cup™ as it would've been the first global tournament for which Ogbenna was alive.
Corteiz has also promised caps, scarves, and "ESSENTIALS" as part of its summer capsule, which will see pop-ups in 11 cities corresponding to each national football team between Friday, June 5, and Friday, July 10 (six weeks).
Enjoy campaign imagery of the collection ahead, and check out what's new from both the Nike Mercurial and adidas F50 lines when you're done.
