Over the past 18 months, its become apparent that Jordan Brand has decided to turn their Summer-staple Air Jordan 1 Low into a year-rounder. They’ve achieved this through countless new colorways and a relentless release schedule that sees pairs on shelves at all times all around the globe. Naturally, things have receded a little over the Fall/Winter season, but the surfacing of this new Black/Orange option may suggest that things will be picking back up shortly.
The tri-tone take arrives with unique blocking and some subtle construction that make this pair a little different from the rest. Simple smooth black leather uppers are met with material-matched orange overlays at the toe, forefoot, eyelet, and heel. Collars, while also black leather, features an understated tumbled finish, while the same can be said for the patent leather Swoosh at the midfoot. Orange appears again, closing off the tongue tip and it’s inferior branding, and it all rests atop a simple black and white sole unit.
A release date for this Black/Orange Air Jordan 1 Low did not accompany the official image set below, but you should expect to see this land at select Swoosh stockists and likely on Nike.comin the coming months. As always, keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates.
