The Air Jordan 1 Low “Red Orbit” Rocks Cracked Leather Checks

After a seemingly endless onslaught of mids hitting the shelves over the last week, Jumpman is switching it up by presenting us with an Air Jordan 1 Low. Having recently popped up in a refreshing light color palette on this “Japan” release, this new take arrives in stark contrast as its almost entirely black.

Once again mixing up the construction and presenting a smorgasbord of materials, Jordan Brand presents a comprehensive black upper which utilizes leather at its foundation and plays host to jet black nubuck overlays at the toe, lace stays, and heel. Putting the spring in ones step is a black midsole that is framed by an icy-blue outsole to offer its traction, and completing the look is a cracked silver leather Swoosh that rests atop a “Red Orbit” underlay.

Pairs have already been released throughout Europe, with a Stateside drop expected at select retailers and Nike.com in the coming weeks. As always, keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates. Until then, enjoy a detailed look at the pair here below.
