It appears that the material experimentation is migrating away from the Mid and onto the Air Jordan 1 Low, with this mixed-up material making its way to retailers this week. It follows on from a handful of textile mash-ups previewed earlier this week, some of which featured leather — smooth and tumbled —, mesh, and suede construction, much like you see here on this neutral and black banger. Here, each material takes on its own muted shade, from clean white mesh mid panels and collars, to clean white leather toe, eyelet and heel segments. Neutral suede drapes the toe box, while a sail finish is applied to the nylon tongue, laces, liner, and midsole. Capping off the design are flashes of stark blacks at the Swooshes, tongue branding, and outsole.
Having already hit a few select stores around the globe, you can expect to see a wider rollout of this muted Air Jordan 1 Low happening very soon. As always, keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates. Until then, enjoy a detailed look at the pair here below.
