It seems that this week’s mismatched Air Jordan 1 Mid won’t be a solo release, with a matching Air Jordan 1 Low “Lightbulb” appearing on Nike servers earlier today.
Just like the Mid, the pair arrives in an array of materials and colors, with each panel and overlay receiving its own unique combination. There are a few changes, though, such as the removal of the volt green suede piping below the collar, a much more vivid yellow overlay at the heel and vibrant red collars in place of the mid’s Muted orange. Remaining consistent elsewhere is the smooth white leather base and volt-green suede at the toecap, and musky purple nubucks at the forefoot lacestays. Also matching the mid is the “Lightbulb” mesh tongues, patent leather Swooshes, and black tongue tags, liners, laces, and outsoles.
While a release date for the matching Mid has been set for April 9th, this Air Jordan 1 Mid “Lightbulb” is yet to receive an official date — so stay tuned for further updates right here on our official Twitter account. Until then, grab an official look at the pair in question here below.
