Slowly but surely, the stigma surrounding the Air Jordan 1 Midis starting to dissipate. Increased demand for Air Jordan 1s and the scarcity of the OG Highs are contributing factors to its success — with Mike himself rocking the cut spiked a social media wave. But it wouldn’t be doing huge numbers if it wasn’t for the continued run of killer colorways. The next to appear is as clean as it gets, pairing a monochrome mix of Light Smoke Grey, White, and Anthracite with a couple of atypical twists.

While white leather uppers, one-color overlays, and black collars/Check are the norm (Chicago blocking) this rendition is done up with a few little tweaks. Firstly, and most noticeably, the Swooshes are stitched on with contrast white thread — always a good look — while tongues that are traditionally white nylon, opt for black. Aside from that, you’ll find regulation finishes throughout, including smooth leather constructs, and two-tone sole units, branding hits, and insoles.
