Throughout much of its lifespan, the Air Jordan 11 had been relegated to a single release in the calendar year. Recent history, however, has seen the tuxedo-inspired design appear multiple times a year, although its affinity of the holiday season (October to December) remains.
Having already been confirmed for a record-number of retros in 2025, the sneaker's roster of styles will seemingly include more pairs than previously expected. According to Romania's Sneaker Market, Tinker Hatfield's creation from 1995 is set to release in a "Football Blue"-animated look before the year ends. The rumored offering adds another tally to the growing list of Jordan 11s set to launch as part of its 30th anniversary celebration.
Other pairs expected to drop in the last quarter of the year include "Canyon Purple," "Barely Volt," and "Sport Royal" ensembles.
Detailed shots of the "Football Blue" retro have yet to surface, but given the pair's color listing of "Canvas/Metallic Silver/Summit White/Football Blue," do not at all be surprised if these take on a "Reimagined" apporahc to the OG Columbia design.
Pictued below are mock ups, so expect that the final retail release will differ.
Stay tuned for firm release details and official photos of the pair. The AJ11 is expected to launch via Nike.com/Jordan sometime between October and December for $250.
