Jordan Brand has shown a recent fondness for heavy-duty tooling on their retro line. With a winterized Air Jordan 12 and Air Joran 4 in the books, the brand looks to add a second heavy hitter to join Winter’s retooled Air Jordan 14 with this revamped Air Jordan 12 Utility.

First looks at the pair show that the pair will arrive fairly familiar up top, with tumbled black leather the go-to base. Mudguards appear to show a hardened rubber finish, while tongues take on a tough ballistic mesh. The outdoor theme continues with pops of vibrant orange at the branding and side Jumpman panels, while outsoles arrive in what appears to be a recycled grind rubber of blue with fleck. Eyestays stay a standard silver, with branding at the tongue that assumes a burnt metallic finish, and rear tags opting for a tonal finish.
