OG Post 12.10.19 // After a long-winded chain of rumors, updates, and mock-ups, the first look at All-Star weekend’s “Red Cement” Air Jordan 3 has arrived — and it comes in the silhouette’s OG ’88 mid-cut.
Essentially, the pair is a red Black Cement OG, with its tumbled black leather upper replaced with red — it even includes Nike Air branding on the heels like our original mockup above. But the biggest wow factor for this guy is the original cut, rising higher on the ankle — well above the heel tab that so many find cutting their Achilles on the modernized makes. Now, this is just one of two red-based Air Jordan 3’s rumored for All-Star weekend, with these being labeled LE — or a limited edition — suggesting that this will likely be a very small drop.
