The Nike Air Jordan 3 "Wings" Releases on July 30th

This year, Jordan Brand will expand its acclaimed Wings for the Future program with the release of the Air Jordan 3 "Wings."

This initiative, also known as the Jordan Wings Scholarship Program, has been a cornerstone of the brand’s efforts to provide young people worldwide with opportunities to achieve greatness on their own terms.

The Wings program has been instrumental in leveling the playing field for youth across the globe by providing access to education and more. Over the past decade, Jordan Brand has supported this mission by releasing limited-edition footwear, with proceeds aiding the program’s goals. Notable releases have included collaborations like the Dave White x Air Jordan 1 High and the Air Jordan 2 Retro H, which paid tribute to Howard White's significant influence on basketball.

The latest in this impactful series, the Air Jordan 3 "Wings," showcases a sophisticated color palette of white, fire red, off-white, vintage green, and rose. The design features a white-based leather upper accented by an off-white elephant print, a signature detail that respects the silhouette’s heritage, and a special rose-adorned denim twill on the mudguard and eyestay underlay.

Fire red highlights energize the look with pops on the Jumpman branding on the tongue, while vintage green adorns the top and bottom eyelets, wraps around the back collar, and accents the stripe on the midsole. A rose pink outsole adds elegance, sitting beneath a clean, Air-cushioned white midsole.

Expect to learn more about the Air Jordan 3 "Wings" in the coming months; A release is currently penciled in for July 30, 2024.
