There’s more in store for Mike’s third signature sneaker in the Fall of 2022 with word of a brand new Winterized Air Jordan 3 “Archaeo Brown” expected to release in October.

A very first look at the pair shows a fresh mix of ingredients, atypical color blocking, and non-common colors all converging to make something very interesting. Here, it’s water-resistant mesh collars and vamps of Light Bordeaux, and exposed-foam tongues of Fossil Stone that provide the pair weatherproofing, while thick brown leather uppers are deployed to achieve the same effect in a more traditional sense. Gone is the pair’s signature elephant print in favor of reinforced guards, with its black hues matched at the eyestays and midsole paintwork. Next, light pinks return to the suede mudguards and eyestay panels, before pops of sail round out the design at the laces, liners, rear clips and midsoles.
