Detailed Looks at Chris Paul’s Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Winston-Salem” PE

Earlier today, NBA point god and Jordan Brand athlete Chris Paul attended his graduation from Winston-Salem State University. Naturally, JORDAN Brand assured the assist king with a special pair of PEs for the occasion, an Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Winston-Salem,”which was worn on foot by Paul at the ceremony. While a few looks at the pair have surfaced, @englishsolehas given us an unprecedented look at the pair, with HQ studio shots showing the ultra-rare pair in great detail.

What is essentially a modified Chicago Low OG, the pair arrives in the brand and college’s shared colors of white, red, and black. Here it dons the OG blocking with a few twists, namely the red suede heel overlay, and added college branding at the lateral ankle, tongue tag, and I sole. The rest arrives in line with the original 1985 release.

But it wasn’t just Jordan Brand who was in a giving mood, with the new graduate setting up each of his fellow graduates with a starter bank account of $2500 – another assist from a man who has given plenty of them over his career.
