Where to Buy the GORE-TEX Air Jordan 1 Element “Light Bone”

Winterized Air Jordans have been a frequent player for the brand over the past few years, with the Air Jordan 12, Air Jordan 4, and scrapped Air Jordan 8 appearing over the past handful of years. Now it seems that the brand will continue to deliver options for treacherous weather, with not one but two options of the new GORE-TEX Air Jordan 1 Element silhouette for the back-end of 2021. The new model is expected to receive a GORE-TEX overhaul, with waterproof and insulated textiles working with leathers across the upper — and that’s reflected here in the increased $200 price point. Arriving two ways, here we take a look at the second option in Sail/Light Bone, which has just surfaced for the first time courtesy of @pvasneakers.

Like the recently-previewed black-based pair, it too sports a multi-material construction of ripstop, leather, and more, and it arrives with identical blocking placements, though its choice of use is almost the polar opposite. Here, it’s sail hues that hit the upper at rear overlays, while Light Bone leathers work from the collar to the eyestays and across the forefoot overlays. Branding is bolder on this pair, ditching the tonal look in favor of bold contrasting black, with supporting elements arriving at the liners, laces, and Swooshes. Lastly, the design’s signature half black/half translucent outsole sits beneath to complete the design.
