Though he himself is not quite 25 years old, Zion Williamson and his Jordan Zion 2 will be celebrating a quarter-century anniversary of his sponsoring Jordan Brand’s efforts in the China region.
Continuing a series of releases that celebrate the brand’s entrance into the Chinese market back in 1997, the Jordan Zion 2 “25 Years in China” carries over some shared themes seen on the collection’s Air Jordan 12 Low and Legacy 312, including a monochrome black and white color scheme, celebratory insignia (here on the heel nad packaging) and the awe-inspiring geometric-iridescent finish. Here, it graces the forefoot strap, eye stay, tongue, and heel overlays _ and encases the entire shoebox. Silver Zion branding at the tongue marries up with the aforementioned heel detail, with white and black fitting out the remainder of the release.
