If being a kid wasn’t already awesome enough, Jordan Brand has been making it even better with whimsical and colorful colorways of the Air Jordan 1 Mid. This next to appear continues that theme, all whilst carrying the torch for Nike, Inc.’s sustainable Move to Zero campaign.
Set to release alongside a matching Air Jordan 1 Low (also for kids) the pair comes constructed in a white leather base, the pair proffers a myriad of colorful (likely recycled) cloth. it’s blocking is almost identical to the Lows, though there are a few slight variations between pairs. Here, the pair works from pink toes and heels to lemon eyestays and Checks, and traditional burlap tans at the forefoot, ankle, and tongue tag. Tongues, liners, and laces are all pure white, whilst insoles rest in lime green — all of which rests atop a semi-translucent outsole loaded with Grind Rubber.
An official release date for the pair is still unknown, but you should expect to see this new kids-exclusive Air Jordan 1 Mid sneak into select retailers and Nike.com soon. When they do hit shelves, we’ll be sure to keep you posted here on our official Twitter account, but until then, enjoy an official look at the pair here below.
