UPDATE 10.22.25 The "Alaska" Air Jordan 1 High OG collaboration by Off-White™ is now expected to release during the Spring 2026, according to @MrUnloved1s on X. Although the retro is set to be a rather faithful reissue of the original from 2018, it's now clear that the Air Jordan will replace Off-White™ branding on the medial profile with Virgil Abloh Archive™ messaging as was the case with the Air Force 1 Low "Sesame" collab, as seen in the first look credits to Hiroshi Fujiwara. An additional look at the modified retro has been provided by Instagram user @xcverum and yyt_snkrs.

UPDATE 08.13.25 Off-White's "Alaska" Air Jordan 1 High OG collaboration is no longer expected to release during the Holiday 2025 season. Pairs could have been delayed until early 2026, but nothing has been confirmed as of yet. For now, consider the late Virgil Abloh's pair delayed indefinitely.

Original Story As we all brace ourselves for a monumental 2025, Jordan Brand is not holding back, aiming to unleash some of its most iconic retros.

Among the anticipated releases, the Off-White x Air Jordan 1 High OG is expected to make a significant return. The pair was initially expected to be the Off White x Air Jordan 1 High OG "Euro," which was first introduced as a regional exclusive in Europe in 2018; this sneaker quickly became a highly sought-after piece within the sneaker community representing the groundbreaking collaboration between Nike and the visionary Virgil Abloh. The style, however, has since been dubbed "Alaska" for its snow-reminiscent appearance.

Rumored for a re-release around Black Friday in November 2025, this version is expected to stay faithful to its original design. It features a clean white-on-white colorway, emphasizing the meticulous craftsmanship and distinctive design elements synonymous with Off-White's collaborations with Nike. Signature details like the deconstructed look, exposed stitching, and the iconic zip tie are all expected to return, reaffirming the shoe's status as a modern classic.

Initial reports of the rumored return were made by sources at HouseOfHeat and EldenMonitors were later on Confirmed by SneakerMarketRo, as seen here.

Jordan Brand is set to honor this legacy by bringing back one of the most exclusive and sought-after sneakers in its collaboration history, ensuring that fans old and new will have the chance to own a piece of this storied partnership. Pairs are expected to land on Saturday, December 20.
