Historically, Jordan Brand has been it’s most creative on both the Air Jordan 1 Midand on Gradeschool-exclusive releases. So when those two subjects come together, you can bank on the results being something a little left field. This Air Jordan 1 Mid “Paint Drip” is just that.
Incorporating both simplistic and extravagant elements, the pair seemingly shifts from basic to bold as your work from toe to tail. Up front you’ll find a classic smooth white leather construction, complete with single-color nylon tongues and loves, while the sole unit underfoot opts for simple white and yellow hues. As you move down towards the Swoosh, you’ll notice some textured paintwork — the lower potions dripping onto the upper and midsoles — and golden-yellow waffle knit collars. Pinks continues up from the collar onto the tongue tag and insole to complete the design.
