Air Jordan 1 Low Appears with TPU, Toggles and Gradient Soles

The Air Jordan 1 Low is often a testing ground for Mike’s design team to trail fantastic and frivolous finishes. Take the recent “Spades” or blinged-out iterations, for example. But as audacious as they are, none of them come close to this next-up ladies-exclusive release.

Featuring everything from thick Foamposite-like mesh to translucent TPU and colorful gradient Jelly soles, this edition of the Air Jordan 1 Low is outstanding in every way. Tongues and collars arrive in a metallic-like mesh and is complemented by straight-up chrome overlays. Those rest atop a semi-translucent TPU upper, one which is trimmed at the ankle by iridescent liners. Swooshes arrive as the most reserved finish on the release, featured here in a matte black (likely reflective), while the eye-boggling green and blue gradient jelly sole adds some much-needed color to an otherwise greyscale release. Completing the design is a brushed chrome Wings glaze in the rear, and a toggle lacing system in place across the throat.

A release date for this multi-faceted Women’s-exclusive Air Jordan 1 Low SE has not yet been confirmed, but with its official imagery having already been loaded on Nike servers, you should expect to see pairs rolling out at select Swoosh stockists soon. Until then you can take an official look at the pair here below, and make sure you’re giving us a follow here on our official Twitter account for further updates.

This pair are just a few of an extensive lineup of Air Jordan releases previewed for the year ahead, all of which you can check out here on our comprehensive list of Air Jordan Release Dates for 2021.
