Where to Buy the Action Bronson x New Balance 990v6 "Amazõnia"

Action Bronson recently teased the internet with another New Balance 990v6 collaboration while on the Ariel Helwani Show.

Believed to release sometime before summer ends, the sneaker was previously unveiled via a lookbook for the artist's Baklava sportswear line. Longtime friend and fellow rapper Meyhem Lauren wore the unreleased New Balance as part of the collection, providing the world with an early glimpse of what is presumably another sample. Unlike a style Mr. Wonderful shared to Instagram in late November 2024, the pair worn on Helwani's show favors a number of bold tones over a simple 'White' mudguard. Faded, Carhartt-friendly brown sets the stage for a medley of light turquoise, deep blue, and hot pink hues. The result is a makeover that touches upon Action Bronson's retro sensibilities.

Action Bronson has since confirmed the name of his unreleased collaboration: the New Balance 990v6 "Amazõnia." Although he hasn't given specifics about its inspiration, the vibrantly-colored style likely references the Amazon Rainforest. The New York-native shared a visual for the shoe on Wednesday, April 9. The clip features "a small group of artists and artisans whose work inspires us," according to the Instagram Reel's caption. Photography has accompanied the clip (see below).

The "Amazõnia" NB 990v6 will first launch via Bronsolino's SPECIALIZINGINLIFE.com website on Friday, April 18. A wider NewBalance.com drop will follow on April 25th.
