Fresh off the back of their recent US expansion, Japanese retail giants atmos are teaming up with both New Balance and Jeff Staple to craft their very own pigeon-clad take on the X-RACER silhouette.

Teased by atmos director Hirofumi Kojima earlier this week, the silhouette takes the trail-equipped form and applies Jeff’s signature pigeon grey and pink hues throughout, all whilst keeping the outdoor-inspired vision through speckled midsole panels and trail laces. Resting atop the suede overlays is the iconic Staple Pigeon in two looks, a dichotomy that contrasts the insignia’s usual color with a fully shadowed variation.

For now, while we await more details and photos, grand a quick look at the teaser below, and look to learn more about its release in the coming days — so be sure to tune into our official Twitter account for that.

Update 11.20.20 atmos has officially unveiled the collaborative release, presenting the pair on full display for the first time. Never-before seen features include reflective mid-foot panels, faux fur tongues, and special-edition co-branded insoles. Grab a full look at the pair below, and look for these to hit atmos stores in Japan on November 29th. A Stateside release is yet to be confirmed.

In other collaborative news, on-foot looks at the Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low “Stars” have arrived.
