Following on from the debut duo(which dropped only in Australia) and the recently-previewed “Phantom” colorway, New Balance has finally issued its first Stateside release of the New Balance XRCT, and they’ve done so in two typical outdoor-inspired takes.
Anchored around jet blacks and greys, both pairs pop with a crying array of neon colors. The “Energy Lime” edition opts for neon green across its ripstop uppers, muted teams and purples along the liner and heel clip respectively, and a bright orange pop at the heel strike. The “Meadow” make is overall darker in appearance, with colors left only to a few minor accentuations throughout the pair. Here, hot pink graces the midfoot and forefoot branding, with vibrant teal liners joined by hyper royal heel clips and forefoot straps. Underfoot you’ll find a vibrant neon green and royal rubber outsole to complete the design.
Take in an official look at the New Balance XRCT “Energy Lime” and “Meadow” here below, both of which are available right now, right here on newbalance.com for $100 a pop.
