Paris Fashion Week is always one of the more exciting times in footwear. And while numerous brands take the event as an opportunity to unveil the latest in technological advancements, AURALEE has seized the occasion to unveil its simple, yet compelling New Balance 204L collaboration.

Fresh off a linkup with Zach Kinninger's Basketcase Gallery, the low-profile silhouette is quickly gearing up to be New Balance's next it shoe. Beyond the energy being poured into it at the moment, the NB 204L was destined for attention given its similarity to the miu miu-approved NB 530L. AURALEE's latest canvas, however, is bound to be more accessible to a wider range of consumers, and the straightforward makeovers by the Tokyo-based imprint will surely help this effort.

As with some of the Asian label's previous collaborations with New Balance, the special edition NB 204L styles feature faux-aged components. A predominantly white and black color scheme takes over a duo, with a healthy mix of performance-informed and high fashion-friendly details coming together throughout the project.
