Time to celebrate!

2019 sees the New Blanace icon, the 1500, celebrate its big 3-0 The iconic silhouette first hit the shelves in 1989, but it’s never been more prevalent in the culture than it is today. With the demand and historical importance stacking up, the Boston-based brand has felt the need to retool the silhouette with new features for the 21st-century market — including the RevLite sole unit, reducing 30% weight.

To celebrate the silhouette’s big birthday, NB is not only bringing back the OG 1500 in it’s iconic Navy/Grey colorway, but also a unique flipped rendition of the 1530. The latter pair dons navy in place of grey and vice versa on the overlays, while keeping the mesh and sole units true to the original.

Pairs of the 1530 are available now at 43einhalb, with pairs of the 1500 set to release at a later date, after the release was pushed back — so stay tuned for more updates!
