Coco Gauff brought a distinctly New York look to the US Open, with New Balance creating a custom kit inspired by the city’s Garment District and its influence on fashion.
The collection features two different on-court looks built around references to tailoring, denim, and lace, mixing performance construction with details pulled from New York fashion. One look uses Glow Dawn and Enoki across solid and patterned versions, while another arrives in NB Navy.
Gauff’s setup also includes a reimagined bomber-style walk-on jacket with gathered cuffs and a two-way front zipper. Her custom dress carries the same direction onto the court, with New Balance developing the silhouettes alongside Gauff around movement, strength, and her personal style.
“New York is really special to me—this is where I won my first Grand Slam, and coming back here for the US Open is always incredible,” Gauff said. “This kit captures the energy of the tournament. The silhouette makes me feel confident, and I love how it celebrates the city’s fashion legacy.”
The apparel is joined by a special US Open edition of Gauff’s New Balance Coco CG2, dressed in a corresponding Dawn Glow, Enoki, and NB Navy color palette. The signature tennis shoe carries the same visual direction as her custom tournament wardrobe.
The New Balance Coco CG2 US Open colorway is available now for retail purchase through NewBalance.com. New Balance did not announce a retail release for the custom clothing worn by Gauff, so make sure to stay tuned for updates.
