IT’s been no secret that Jaden has a vision for the future of footwear. His vegan-friendly trainer with the Boston-based brand has not only helped the animal kingdom but the environment, too. Recycled materials and off-cuts have featured prominently throughout his short but well-stacked lineage, and appear to do so again on this grey fleece number. It, along with the crater foam-like midsoles and overlays appear to be derived from once-loved materials, further reinforcing his message. The customary [VISION] underfoot has been replaced by a more obvious callout to his campaign — Do you see it yet? — to make his statement a little more obvious.

A release date for the Jaden Smith New Balance Vision Racer “Fleece” has been confirmed for April 21st, with footsites like New Balance and Foot Locker dropping pairs from 10 am on the day.
